Registrations are now open for the Workshop “Coral Reef Fishes: Identification, Ecology, and Challenges in a Warming Ocean” which will be held at MaRHE Center (Magoodhoo, Maldives) from 23 to 31 March 2023.
An exciting full-immersion in the ecology of the tropical fish fauna with lectures, data analysis sessions and scuba diving activities in the beautiful Maldivian reefs. The workshop is aimed at both students (bachelor/master’s degree or PhD courses) and graduates in the scientific field. A diving license is required. After completion of the workshop, participants will be provided with a certificate of practice and knowledge on coral reef fish ecology through the international virtual certification Open Badge issued by the University of Milano-Bicocca.
The 15th ICRS in Bremen is approaching quickly, and ICRS will have its own 100-person conference room where its chapters can present themselves and interact with attendees of the conference.
The European Chapter of the ICRS will also be present there of course, present a poster about our activities and have a table for meetings and interaction next to the poster.
We are now calling for volunteers to help staff at the European Chapter table in the ICRS room during the meeting in Bremen. Please get in touch if you would like to help out: email@example.com or via our website.
In any case, we very much encourage your involvement in the chapter activities – please get in touch! – and hope you drop by the ICRS European Chapter poster/table for a chat during the conference!
